THE STUDIOS
With three different types of studio spaces, Recording, Podcasting + Photography/Video, Candyland is the perfect place to create your next project from start to finish! Each studio space has been designed and fitted with all equipment necessary to get the perfect take, shot, or recording. Regardless of if you're an expert or new to the scene, our team of experts is here to help you along the way with any creative project.

THE OFFICES
Starting at $375 per month, Brain Candy’s private offices include free on-site parking, 24/7 access to the Candyland campus, utilities, a snack bar, and break rooms. Furthermore, office-holders will receive discounted rates for the BCM studio and writer’s rooms. Each office varies in size, and will be painted the color of your choice while you are with us. Built in the Madison neighborhood of East Nashville, the Candyland campus is one of the newest office spaces of its kind in the metropolitan area.

THE WRITERS ROOMS
With a base rental rate of $25 per hour, the writer’s room at the Candyland campus is the perfect place for musicians to practice, write, and become inspired. With a casual living room layout that encourages collaboration, our writer’s room includes plenty of seating, a piano, production setup for demo cutting, a separate entrance, and private bathroom. In addition, renters have access to on-the-house beverages including coffee, tea, water, and seltzer. Need an extended stay? No problem! Save up to $10 per hour off of our base rate by reserving an extended session.
